Dubai Drums runs African Djembe Drumming and African Dance courses at Dubai Community Theatre & Arts Centre in Mall of the Emirates every month will run throughout 2008.  Ages 12+ welcome. To find out the time table please drop us a line.

This class teaches the basics of hand drumming and how to get those sounds from the Djembe drum and will also allow participants to feel comfortable playing polyrhythmic songs.

 Intermediate Drum Class - 7.30 - 8.30pm (wednesdays)

For those who already have a good understanding of Djembe drumming, or have attended the beginners class and want to move up to the next level.

Price for all four week courses: Dhs 200
All classes will be taught by Dubai Drums Instructors / Facilitators and Master Drummers. This being Atsu, Prosper and of course Julie-Ann. Limited spaces available, so please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. 

African Dance Classes with Samuel - 8.30 - 9.30pm Professional African Dancer from Ghana. Every Wednesday. Price 50 AED per class. Come and learn the amazing dances from Africa
