Our tradtional Ghanian dancer will lead this fun activity, a perfect way to mix up your fitness routine with some African aerobics, a class of low and high impact fitness blending the various dance styles of West Africa.
A class that will be guaranteed to get you fit and smiling and dancing like a tribal African.

With our fabulous instructors from Ghana at our studio "Urban Tribe' in Al Quoz. Come and join in and learn the tribal moves that will get your energy and fun levels at an all time high.
