Since 2002, we have been delivering both indoor and outdoor corporate team building activities throughout the UAE. The beauty of group drumming lies in its ability to transcend barriers. HOW DOES IT WORK?
An adept drum circle facilitator guides the team drumming session, regardless of whether the group consists of just a few individuals or several hundred participants. Similar to an orchestra conductor, they instruct the group on the fundamental skills required to create drum rhythms.
During the session, the participants are introduced to uncomplicated rhythms and progress together as they learn and play. The collective energy of the group propels them toward higher levels of achievement. As the team drums in unison, the facilitator fosters the development of a shared language, enabling seamless communication among all members.
Ultimately, the team departs from the experience with a sense of euphoria, as each member has encountered personal success. The importance of cooperation over competition, actively listening to one another, and recognizing the significance of every team member is deeply reinforced.
